Angela Parker & Holly Clapham are helping mothers encourage their daughters to discover their own strength through the power of fitness.

Angela Parker is a Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine & The National Strength Trainers Association. She owns Body Inspired Fitness in Santa Monica California and has inspired thousands of So Cal residents to get in shape! Angela founded Body Inspired Fitness in 2003 on the belief that it’s possible for anybody of any age, size, and fitness level to be in a truly healthy, happy, and vibrant place. “Exercise is the ONE thing in life where you have all the power. The results are completely up to you. If you want to make astounding changes to your health, your body, and your life – just start by putting on the workout gear and simply show up!” No matter where you live you can get healthy & fit with Angela.

Angela says the key is finding what you hook into. “Once you make that mind/body connection, the process happens so much faster. You skip all the cycles of stopping, starting, crash dieting, beating yourself up, and drama. Instead you build positive momentum.”

In addition to her highly successful Los Angeles based Body Inspired Fitness boot camps, Angela appeared on the hit MTV show, Chelsea Settles. Viewers fell in love with Angela as she helped Chelsea lose an incredible 98 pounds in less than five months. In 2011 Angela co-authored “90-Days To A Stronger Body & Deeper Connection with Your Daughter.” Even though Angela is not a mother, she took her extensive fitness training experience working with teen girls & wrote a book to help both moms & daughters realize that anything is possible through the power of exercise!

Angela has appeared on CBS’s ”The Talk”, Hallmark Channel‘s “Marie”, with Marie Osmond, Fox Sports “Physique with Dominique,” with Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes, ABC 7 with Food Coach Lori Corbin, and on Fox’s morning show “Good Day LA”.  In addition to her TV appearances, Angela has written inspirational articles, stories & workouts for Fitness magazine, ModernMom.com, HealthyBitch.com, SELF.com, New Balance, Things to Love Right Now, and Adios Barbie. Angela is also the Fitness Editor for Untitled Magazine and is a PUMA sponsored trainer & spokesperson.

Holly Clapham is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Strength Trainers Association and is a Certified Nutrition Coach through NESTA. Holly created a ladies only fitness program in Los Angeles that gets women strong inside and out.
